Trading Post Brewing is looking for creative, passionate and energetic kitchen team member to join the kitchen team at our Fort Langley Eatery . You will be expected to contribute to our kitchen and culinary program, preparing high-quality food that meets the Trading Post standards, and ensuring that the kitchen is sanitary and well-stocked.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all kitchen operations and ensure Follows Trading Posts Standards, procedures, checklists, SOP’s and duties
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station at all times
Report any damages or issues to Chef or General Manger
Prepare all food to Trading Post specifications
Assume 100% responsibility for quality, timeliness & consistency of products prepared and served
Follow directions provided by the Chef and General Manager
Collaborate with the leader of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service
Uphold food safety standards
Ensure proper rotation of deliveries, prepped foods & all food items




Ensure quality of ingredients & products and there is enough on hand for service
Have full knowledge of ingredients, dishes and suppliers
Maintain equipment in positive working order
Keep waste & spoilage to a minimum through rotation, portioning and proper storage
Assist with dish area cleanliness & stock of chemicals when needed
Follow cleaning checklist
Assist in other areas of the kitchen when required
Efficiently and promptly resolve problems with customers’ orders
Assist other staff members where needed to ensure the best guest experience

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
