THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced Temporary Procurement Specialist Support to join our team for an initial 6-month assignment, with the potential for extension based on the client’s progress. Reporting to the Strategic Procurement Manager, you’ll support complex procurement and strategic sourcing activities across scientific, laboratory, research, and specialized equipment categories.

This role will involve managing competitive procurement processes, preparing documentation, evaluating suppliers, supporting negotiations, and working with internal stakeholders to meet operational and research needs.

REQUIREMENTS





The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of procurement experience in any industry, with senior-level buyer experience. Solid knowledge of competitive procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and procurement compliance is required. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills are also essential.
