We are seeking a detail-oriented CPA to join our growing team. We are a company specializing in real estate rentals and construction, and we're looking for someone to manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, payroll, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
CPA designation is required.
Fluency in French is required.
Experience in real estate rental/property management and/or construction accounting is strongly preferred.
Robust knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
Experience with construction job costing, rental property accounting, and multi-entity accounting will be considered a solid asset.
Pay: $54,000.00-$87,410.00 per year
