Heavy Equipment Operator / Labourer

Weiss Excavating & Contracting Ltd. is a growing excavation company based in the Okanagan, and we're looking for a motivated, reliable team member to join our crew.

We're not necessarily looking for someone with 20+ years of experience. We'd rather find someone with a solid construction background, a valuable attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

What You'll Be Doing
Operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment as experience allows
Assisting with sewer and water installations
Site preparation, grading, trenching, and excavation work
General labour duties around the job site
Assisting with pipe installation, utility work, and landscaping projects
Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For
Construction or excavation experience preferred
Some experience operating equipment is an asset
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic




Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility
