Experienced Service Advisors Required

Looking for a qualified, highly motivated individual to join our fast paces service department as a Service Advisor.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
Scheduling service appointments
Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact the customer by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
Sending customer videos to quote repair
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:




Must have experience in the automotive industry
Knowledge of Automotive service and Quorum DMS are considered solid assets, but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
