Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity and accuracy
Assist in food preparation and food handling to ensure fresh, quality offerings for customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food safety protocols and sanitation standards
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders promptly,



and addressing inquiries or concerns with enthusiasm
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality

Skills
Proven experience as a Barista or in food service roles with strong serving skills
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for smooth transaction processing
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Solid time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume hours
Basic math skills for cash handling, giving correct change, and order calculations
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment
