Responsibilities
Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations to ensure client safety and comfort
Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their desires and offering expert recommendations
Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients,



and handling payments efficiently
Educate clients on hair care routines, product usage, and styling tips to promote ongoing maintenance at home
Uphold high standards of sanitation and hygiene throughout all procedures to ensure a safe setting for everyone

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients
Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, blow-drying, and finishing touches
Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health standards in the beauty industry
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members
Experience in retail sales or upselling products confidently without being pushy
Excellent organizational skills for managing appointments and front desk responsibilities
A passion for continuous learning about current trends, techniques, and products in hair care

Pay: $15.00-$36.86 per hour
