Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate with Forklift and or Reach Truck experience, to join our agile team in a quick-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be a talented and safe Operator. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability operate a counter balance forklift in addition to a reach truck.
Duties
Operate Reach Trucks and forklifts, including large and small machines, to transport materials within the warehouse and within racking.
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles and storage areas.
Perform order picking tasks accurately and efficiently using a warehouse management system.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure secure operation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Other duties as assigned
Skills
Proven experience in warehouse distribution with a strong understanding of Warehouse operations and equipment
Proficiency in operating other equipment within the warehouse is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
Basic math skills for accurate order picking and inventory management.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring physical fitness for the role.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems to streamline operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
