Marketing, Sales & Executive Coordinator

We’re looking for a smart, ambitious, self-motivated person to join our growing real estate development team.

We are currently building a 68-unit townhouse development in Abbotsford and need someone who can help with marketing, sales, coordination and executive support.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who wants to learn quickly, take on responsibility and grow into a bigger role.

What You'll Do
Help coordinate marketing and sales for our townhouse project
Manage social media, advertising and marketing materials
Communicate and follow up with buyers, leads and realtors
Help coordinate the show home and sales centre
Assist with events, promotions, photography and video
Research competitors, pricing and recent marketing ideas
Help ownership with scheduling, emails, follow-ups and organization
Jump into new projects and figure things out as they come up

Interested in real estate, marketing and sales

Real estate experience is NOT required. Experience in marketing, sales, social media or administration is an asset, but we're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude.

Prospect to Grow

This isn't just an assistant position. For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into Marketing Manager, Sales Manager or a larger role within our development company.

Location: Abbotsford, BC
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience
