We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join Sushi Jet Fredericton team! As a Server, you will be the friendly face that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and food safety protocols to assist guests effectively
Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are strictly followed to promote guest safety and comply with health regulations

Experience




Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Robust time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude that fosters guest loyalty
