Position Overview

We’re hiring skilled Residential Painters who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. This role involves interior and exterior painting on residential homes, working both independently and with a team.

What You’ll Do
Prep surfaces (patching, sanding, caulking, masking, protecting)
Paint interiors and exteriors using brush, roller, and spray techniques
Maintain clean and organized job sites
Follow company systems and quality standards
Communicate professionally with team members and homeowners

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of residential painting experience preferred
Robust knowledge of prep work and finishing techniques
Ability to spray (doors, trim, etc.) is a strong asset
Reliable transportation to job sites
Punctual, dependable, and professional attitude
