Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials and dietary options.
Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while checking on guests' satisfaction.
Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately while providing change as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation.
Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining areas and restrooms.
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.

Qualifications




Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
