Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Advisor to champion safety initiatives across our projects. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety programs tailored to construction sites
Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions
Lead safety meetings and training sessions to educate staff on best practices, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements
Investigate incidents and near-misses thoroughly, documenting findings and proposing preventive measures
Collaborate with management teams to integrate safety into daily operations and project planning
Maintain accurate records of inspections, training sessions,



incidents, and safety audits using construction management software
Stay updated on relevant health and safety legislation to ensure ongoing compliance across all projects

Experience
Proven experience working within the construction industry, with a strong understanding of construction site operations
Hands-on experience conducting safety inspections and implementing safety protocols in dynamic environments
Familiarity with construction management software for tracking safety activities and documentation
Strong communication skills to effectively train teams, lead meetings, and report findings clearly
Ability to analyze risks quickly and develop practical solutions to mitigate hazards
