We are hiring a full time maintenance technician. This is a relatively independent role that offers some freedom and control over your day looking after an office building. It requires a self-motivated worker and is best fit for a jack of all trades handyman type.

Duties include but are not limited to:

A daily property walkthrough

Reporting of issues to management

Cleaning the property as needed

Painting and touchups including graffiti removal

Power washing

Some plumbing and electrical. The scope depends on your expertise

Replacing ceiling tiles and occasional repair of T-bar ceilings.

Some landscaping weed control & leaf removal

Snow removal as needed

Lightbulb replacement

Light security work (asking vagrants to leave)

General repairs and maintenance





Assist with trade access and deliveries

Building & workshop organization

Documentation of your work

Requirements:

Trade experience or DIY experience. If you lack trade experience, please have DIY projects to show.

Owning a vehicle is preferred, but not required.
