As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for the handling, organization, and shipping of products, contributing to efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various equipment safely.

Responsibilities
Receive, unload, organize, and move furniture and appliances safely.
Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
Load and unload furniture and appliances at the warehouse and customer locations.
Deliver orders safely according to assigned routes and schedules.
Check orders before and after delivery to ensure items and charges are correct.
Place furniture and appliances in the correct rooms or locations as requested by customers.
Assist customers with loading purchases when required.
Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report any safety or maintenance issues.
Complete delivery paperwork, customer signatures, confirmations, and returns when required.
Keep the warehouse and showroom clean, organized,



and protected.
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams.
Follow all company safety procedures and safe lifting practices.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Qualifications
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Able to lift and move heavy furniture and appliances.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Legally authorized to work in Canada.
Prepare customer orders for pickup and delivery.
Move merchandise safely within the warehouse and showroom.
Assist customers with loading purchases when required.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure.
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams.
Follow company safety procedures.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.0 per week
