Duties
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs promptly and courteously.
Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately for processing transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product availability.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and maintain high standards of service.
Handling food, Making sauces, salads and packaging.
Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in restaurant is preferred but willing to train right candidate.
A positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a quick-paced environment.
Strong upselling skills to maximize sales potential during customer interactions.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
