We are an airway focused general dental office looking for a certified assistant. We mainly seeing infants for frenectomy and children for airway concerns and the majority of patient appointments are consultations with minimal equipment used. As such there is minimal room turn over.

This is a great opportunity for a person who enjoys speaking to and connecting with patients. We are looking for someone who loves getting to know and talking to our patients as we realize that the office staff creates a connection with the people that we provide care to.

General dentistry includes restorative and C&B; procedures and extractions and surgeries. Current patients are seen for hygiene and comprehensive exams.

The ideal candidate would be high energy, computer savvy, reliable, have excellent communication and typing skills and eager to learn.

Experience with dental assisting is a must.

Responsibilities




Assist dentists during consultations, examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and support.
Manage patient records using ConsultPro software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care, enhancing their understanding of dental health.
Perform routine tasks such as sterilizing instruments and preparing treatment rooms.
Communicate effectively with patients and team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the dental office.

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
