Front Counter Sales & Customer Service Associate

We are looking for someone exceptional to join the front counter of our busy cell phone repair shop.

This is not a basic cashier position. We are always on the move, and applicants must have previous experience working in a very busy, fast-paced setting. You must be comfortable helping multiple customers, answering phones, completing tasks, and shifting priorities throughout the day without becoming overwhelmed or making mistakes.

You will speak with customers, identify their needs, accurately quote repairs, recommend products and services, assist with data transfers, install screen protectors, and help keep the front counter running smoothly.

Fluency in spoken and written English is required. Explicit communication is essential because you will be explaining repair options, providing accurate quotes, documenting device issues, and ensuring customers fully understand the service being provided.

Previous cell phone experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience thriving in a busy workplace, solid communication, accuracy, work ethic, and sales ability are essential.

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
