We are currently seeking an Automotive Detailer/Reconditioning specialist to join our fast- paced service team at Oxford Dodge's Service Department Customer satisfaction is a priority for the dealership so the successful candidate must be able to develop long term relationships with our clients and maintain that ideal.

Duties:
Clean and detail vehicles after repairs are completed
Responsible for cleanliness of the detailing bay area and equipment
Participate in training and meetings as required
Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner
Produce quality work that displays pride of workmanship
Move all vehicles as required
Perform Pre wash & Vehicle mapping
Buffing, touch-up, bring vehicle back to "showroom" standards
Perform other duties as required by management

Requirements:
A Class “G” Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
Experience with the use of detailing products, hand and power tools and other related machinery required for the job
Ability to work independently with a robust attention to detail




Possesses a high level of integrity and accountability
A outstanding attitude and excellent customer service skills
Must be reliable and dependable
A high quality of workmanship
Professional personal appearance
Ability to work independently and as a team
The ability to operate a manual transmission
