Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on both interior and exterior projects. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of excellence.

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work required for each project.
Restore and maintain existing paintwork on structures and surfaces.
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
Rig equipment as needed for safe access to high or difficult-to-reach areas.
Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters, to ensure seamless project execution.




Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Skills
Proficiency in caulking techniques and surface preparation methods.
Experience with industrial painting applications and techniques.
Robust ability in blueprint reading for accurate project execution.
Familiarity with various power tools and hand tools used in painting tasks.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to restore surfaces and apply finishes with precision and care.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
