Duties
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and storefronts using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools to achieve streak-free results
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE & TOOLS
Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, or lifts safely before beginning cleaning tasks
Perform routine maintenance on cleaning equipment, including power tools and other cleaning supplies
Conduct facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or touch-ups as needed to support overall building upkeep
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the cleaning results
Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled cleaning tasks within designated timeframes
Lift heavy equipment or supplies safely while adhering to proper safety protocols
Requirements
Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, especially with window or glass surface cleaning
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment used in facilities maintenance
Solid communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights using ladders or lifts
