Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on food processing, packaging, and sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, food safety standards, and mechanical operations. Responsibilities
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of fish
Operate production machinery as trained and assigned
Wrap and package prepared goods
Inspect products and packaging for basic quality defects




Clean and sanitize the workspace

Prior experience in manufacturing, food industry, or meat processing is preferred but not required
