Atlantic Construction Ltd. is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking Concrete Labourers to join our growing construction team.

A valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence is required.

Responsibilities

As a Concrete Labourer, you will:
Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of concrete
Set up and strip concrete forms
Assist concrete finishers with screeding, bull floating, edging, and finishing
Prepare job sites, including measuring, grading, and excavating
Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment
Assist with reinforcing steel installation and concrete pours
Operate hand and power tools safely
Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Perform other general construction and labour duties as required

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence — required




Have reliable transportation
Are physically capable of performing demanding work and regularly lifting up to 50 lbs
Are willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Are dependable, punctual, and ready to work
Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Work well as part of a team
Can follow instructions and work safely
Have previous concrete or construction experience — an asset, but not required
Have experience operating skid steers, plate compactors, power trowels, or other construction equipment — an asset
