Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Assistant to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will support patient care, assist healthcare professionals, and contribute to a protected and efficient clinical environment. Responsibilities
Assist with patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs and providing basic support under supervision
Prepare examination rooms and ensure cleanliness and readiness for patient appointments
Support laboratory procedures such as specimen collection and processing when necessary
Assist with phlebotomy procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and procedures using appropriate medical terminology
Help coordinate patient flow within the facility to ensure timely service delivery
Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a sterile setting




Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records as needed

Requirements
Prior laboratory experience is highly preferred
Strong understanding of patient care practices and medical terminology
Ability to perform phlebotomy with skill and compassion
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Certification or training in basic life support (BLS) is a plus but not mandatory
Commitment to providing compassionate, respectful, and professional patient care

Pay: $17.90-$37.73 per hour
