Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting daily production operations by performing a variety of hands-on tasks. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities
Prepare materials and components for production using work orders and specifications
Assemble product that meets quality and productivity standards
Operate manufacturing equipment, hand tools, and production machinery safely and effectively
Measure, inspect, and verify components throughout the production process
Identify and resolve minor production issues while minimizing waste
Rotate between workstations and support multiple production areas as required
Perform quality inspections before products move to the next stage of production
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment




Contribute ideas that improve quality, safety, and efficiency

Skills
Proven experience with warehouse operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment effectively.
Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and procedures.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
Positive physical stamina, including the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
