Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Optometry Clinic Receptionist/ Office Manager to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent patient service, and supporting the smooth functioning of our optometry practice. Prior experience in medical or dental office settings, along with proficiency in electronic medical records, is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently using electronic medical records systems
Manage multi-line phone systems to schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and relay messages accurately
Verify patient insurance information and update records accordingly
Assist with patient check-out procedures and follow-up appointments
Maintain organized front desk area and ensure all necessary forms are available and up-to-date
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence




Support the clinic’s daily operations by coordinating with clinical staff and ensuring a seamless patient experience

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in front desk duties and administrative support, providing exceptional customer service
Prior sales experience is a plus
Ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred
Available to work weekday and weekend shifts
