Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety compliance
Conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and other mechanical systems
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, storage spaces, and equipment rooms
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of facilities and equipment
Document all maintenance activities accurately in logs and reports for future reference




Collaborate with team members to coordinate larger repair projects or upgrades as needed

Requirements
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work within commercial or industrial settings
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery safely and effectively
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building safety standards
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting issues
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report on maintenance activities
Physical stamina to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks in various environments
Relevant certifications (such as OSHA safety training or trade licenses) are preferred but not mandatory
