URGENT: Busy Stamping Plant, centrally located, hiring press operators for steady afternoon shifts. Ideal applicants will have previous press and/or manufacturing experience, be accustomed to physically demanding work and be highly reliable (excellent attendance is mandatory!). You must be comfortable working as a member of a team and be goal oriented with excellent communication skills. Operators will be required to work a probationary period and will have the prospect for direct hire with union membership and advantages. This position is not suitable for students.

Duties:
load press with metal piece
remove scrap from press area
package parts and visual inspection

Shift:
STEADY AFTERNOONS - 3:30pm TO 12:00am Monday to Friday
mandatory overtime hours may sometimes be scheduled, usually on Saturdays

Wages:
$19.60/hr to start for the afternoon shift

Please note that this is a unionized facility so employees will have union dues and various union-related fees deducted from their pay as determined by their Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
