The Marc and Mandy Show is seeking a highly organized individual with great customer service skills to fill a position. Candidates must be self motivated, team players with a passion for home decor, renovations, and fashion. 2 years of administrative experience preferred.

Qualification of candidates:
Solid computer skills
Upbeat and positive attitude
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with clients and co-workers, exceeding the client's expectations.
Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Robust written and verbal communication
Ability to deal with escalated client issues professionally
Superior time management and multi-tasking skills
Ability to self-manage workload volumes and changing priorities in a team environment
Results oriented with emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
Interest in home decor, renovation, fashion and cooking
Ability to keep a detailed schedule and organize appointments
