Duties
Deliver engaging classroom lessons on trucking regulations, safety protocols, vehicle maintenance, and industry best practices
Conduct hands-on driving training sessions in various vehicle maneuvers, including backing, turning, and highway driving
Assess student progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills
Develop tailored lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and accommodate diverse learning styles
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports
Ensure all training activities adhere to safety standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements
Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) appropriate for instructional purposes
Prior classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable
Robust knowledge of trucking regulations, safety procedures, and vehicle operation techniques
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts
Ability to demonstrate patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching others
Ability to operate training vehicles safely in various conditions and environments
