Duties
Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements efficiently and accurately
Rotate, balance, and install tires to ensure optimal vehicle handling and safety
Conduct basic mechanical inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems
Use hand tools and power tools to perform maintenance tasks with precision and safety
Assist with vehicle maintenance and minor repairs under supervision or independently as skills develop
Maintain detailed records of services performed for each vehicle




Provide excellent customer service by explaining services and answering questions professionally

Experience
Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, and suspension components
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during tire installations or parts handling
Experience with automotive sales or upselling services is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols
