WIN House provides individuals and their children fleeing violence crisis response and intervention, safe temporary accommodation, and support for basic needs. Clients are offered trauma‑informed, client‑centered programming and support, access to resources, information, and referrals to community support. WIN House is working towards operating within a low‑barrier model of care.What You Will DoUnder the guidance of the HR Advisor, the Human Resources Administrator will gain hands‑on experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of WIN House. This role will be responsible to assist with and coordinate the following key areas:Support in maintaining and updating HR records and databases both electronically and paper based.Collaborate with HR team members on the creation, maintenance and organization of templates, reporting, presentations, and other documentation.Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, reference checks, and interview coordination if needed.Support the onboarding process by preparing current hire documentation and assisting in orientation sessions as required.Bring forward any HR best practices and trends to contribute fresh ideas to the team.Participates in other projects and duties as assigned.Who You AreCurrently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in HR and a desire to pursue a career in this field.Experience in recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, WCB, disability management, and HR systems an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.High level of integrity, confidentiality,



and professionalismDetail‑oriented and highly organized.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Self‑motivated and eager to learn.The DetailsStandard hours of work are 8:30 A.M. to 3:45 P.M. from Monday to Thursday and from 8:30 A.M. to 2:30 P.M. on Fridays.
