SWS Boatworks is looking for a motivated and reliable Marine Technician Helper to join our growing team. This is a outstanding prospect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, loves boats and the outdoors, and wants to build a career in the marine industry. What You'll Do
Assist Marine Technicians with boat maintenance, repairs, and rigging in the shop and on the water
Perform basic service
Assist in driving and delivering boats by water and land
Prepare boats for delivery, storage, and customer use
Clean and organize the shop, tools, and work areas
Assist with launching, hauling, and moving boats
Support technicians with parts handling and inventory
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment

What We're Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Mechanical aptitude and interest in boats, engines, or trades
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license (G Class preferred)




Boating experience
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Previous experience with marine, automotive, powersports, or mechanical work is an asset but not required

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
