Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a rapid-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality food service and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests promptly, presenting menus and providing recommendations.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using basic math skills for calculations.
Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring proper sanitation standards are met.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils.
Manage time effectively to provide prompt service during busy periods.
Assist in training new staff members on food service protocols and guest interaction techniques.

Qualifications




Previous experience in the food industry or guest services is preferred but not required.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations.
Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of sanitation practices within the kitchen and dining areas is a plus.
