Duties
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances according to blueprints and schematics
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and construction materials to assemble and modify plumbing components
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
Perform HVAC maintenance tasks such as inspecting ductwork, replacing filters, and troubleshooting system issues
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate




Assist with heavy lifting tasks involving pipe sections or equipment using proper safety techniques
Support carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations or modifications as needed

Experience
Proven experience working as a plumber within construction or maintenance environments
Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC units, schematics, and blueprints
Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely
Familiarity with reading technical schematics and basic math for measurements and calculations
Construction experience involving assembly, installation, or repair of building systems
Knowledge of schematics related to plumbing or HVAC systems is highly desirable
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
