Guide the Guest: Showcase expert menu knowledge, suggesting beverage pairings and daily specials.
Manage the Table: Take accurate orders, input items into the Squirrel system, and pace courses perfectly.
Deliver Excellence: Explicit plates promptly, refill drinks, and anticipate guest needs before they ask.
Collaborate: Partner with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure food arrives hot and drinks arrive fresh.

As a Host / Hostess:
Set the First Impression: Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and escort diners to their tables.
Control the Flow: Maximize seating capacity using [OpenTable )and balance server sections fairly.
Manage the Door: Provide accurate wait-time estimates and maintain a clean, organized front entryway.




Support the Team: Answer phone inquiries, handle takeout orders, and assist servers during peak rushes.

What We Are Looking For
Experience: 1–2 years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (preferred for Hosts, required for Servers).
Certifications: Valid local alcohol service certificate (e.g., Smart Serve / Serving It Right / ServSafe) required for server applicants.
Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills: Exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude under pressure, and solid multitasking abilities.
Physical Stamina: Comfort standing, walking, and carrying trays (up to 30 lbs for servers) for a full 6–8 hour shift.
Legally able to work in Canada
