What you''ll do Prepare, verify, and maintain documents, records, and reports.
Assist with daily office operations and workflow coordination.
Support inventory management and distribution of inter-office mail.
Handle inquiries and apply judgment when addressing exceptions to established procedures.
Provide guidance to staff and assist with office administration as needed.
What Youll Bring Solid administrative and customer service experience in an office setting.
Excellent communication, organizational,
and data-entry skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide professional support to the public and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
