Monks is seeking an IT Office Support Specialist to operate from our Toronto office and support colleagues in person. You will join a Global IT team focused on in-office support, asset management, and delivering world-class customer service face-to-face.
Key duties include acting as the in-office contact for tech issues, maintaining hardware/software and AV devices, onboarding/offboarding support, and helping implement current tools while keeping ISO-style inventory and documentation up to date.
