Champion best practices under the Guidewire Work Model to optimize project outcomes and resource utilization.

Conduct regular system performance assessments and recommend improvements for reliability and scalability.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into transparent technical specifications for development teams.





Mentor junior team members to support their skill development and growth.

Stay current on industry trends and Guidewire advancements to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications: Guidewire Associate or Guidewire ACE certification required; certification on the Palisades release preferred.

Extensive experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite integration and its core components.

Proven proficiency with Guidewire Claim

Center and related tools for claims management.

Robust background in Jira for project management and task tracking.

Expertise in Guidewire Studio for application customization and extension.
