As an Adoption Specialist at our Toronto Eaton Centre location, you’ll be the face of Sad Nuggie in one of Canada’s busiest malls. You’ll guide customers through the adoption centre experience, setting the scene for their journey ahead, helping them find their perfect nuggie match, guiding them through the key lifelong decision of nuggie adoption, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.

We are looking for high energy, creative, and enthusiastic team members to help immerse our guests in our nuggie world at every step of their adoption centre visit.

Responsibilities:
Welcome guests to our adoption centre and inform them of the process
Matchmake customers to their perfect nuggie by nuggie species and individual personality
Create an exciting adoption experience once a match has been made, while accurately handling point-of-sale transactions
Create nuggie magic and tell stories though merchadising and store presentation
Share product knowledge and the Sad Nuggie story with customers
