Overview Job Skills / Requirements We are currently looking for experienced Security Officers to join our team for a large shopping centre in Richmond.

Shift Availability: Full-time.

Must be open to work any 5-days of the week (Sun-Sat), on either Graveyards (0000-0800hrs), OR Mornings & Afternoons.

Please note that we have some shifts which start or end outside of transit hours, so candidates with a vehicle that they can use to get to and from the site are preferred.

You are a good fit if you have: A valid BC Security Worker License More than 3-months of work experience in security Experience handling aggression or dealing with incidents independently Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong comprehension and report writing ability Valuable work ethic and qualified deportment Cheerful and helpful customer service approach Physical ability to walk 20k-30k steps per shift Legal authorization to work in Canada AST certification is an asset Perks & Benefits: Annual performance-based compensation Prospect to work alongside police and deal with real-time law enforcement situations Room for internal growth and promotion Full-time hours provided, even as on-call status Job Responsibilities Include: Conducting regular foot patrols throughout the site Handling evictions and interacting with individuals under the influence Daily interaction with police, public, clients, and tenants Managing situations involving aggressive behavior Writing detailed incident reports Monitoring CCTV and communicating via radio Enforcing property rules and bylaws Supporting emergency responders as needed
