The SAP Success
Factors Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP Success
Factors solutions to enable HR transformation and talent management initiatives.
The role requires extensive experience in SAP Success
Factors implementation and support projects, with responsibility for solution design, business process optimization, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
The individual will work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to define business requirements, recommend best-practice solutions, and ensure successful deployment of Success
Factors capabilities.
The successful candidate will possess solid expertise across core Success
Factors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Learning Management, and Workforce Analytics.
The role requires experience leading full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, as well as integrating Success
Factors with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HCM, third-party payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.
The SAP Success
Factors Lead will provide functional leadership throughout the project lifecycle,
lead fit-to-standard workshops, manage solution governance, support testing and deployment activities, and ensure alignment with SAP best practices.
Experience with SAP Success
Factors integrations, Employee Central Payroll, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Cloud ALM (CALM), and HR transformation programs is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of SAP Success
Factors experience, including at least 3 end-to-end SAP Success
Factors implementations, with proven experience leading global HR transformation programs.
Robust experience integrating SAP Success
Factors with SAP S/4HANA and third-party HR/payroll applications is required.
Robust Utilities industry experience is mandatory, with a solid understanding of utility business processes, workforce management, unionized workforce environments, field operations, regulatory compliance, organizational change management, and HR processes supporting utility operations.
The individual must demonstrate excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical teams.
