Job Description Summary: Are you a results-driven property management qualified who thrives in a leadership role and wants to make a meaningful impact on residential communities? Were looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of residential properties, ensuring operational excellence, high tenant satisfaction, and strong financial outcomes.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $85,000 plus monthly car allowance What youll get to do: Operational Leadership: Manage daily site operations, inspections, and capital improvement projects; uphold high standards across all common areas and building systems.
Tenant Relations: Build lasting resident relationships by addressing concerns, ensuring service excellence, and supporting long-term retention.
Financial Performance: Oversee rent collection, budget management, variance analysis, and reporting; support leasing efforts to drive occupancy and ROI.
Team & Vendor Oversight: Lead in office teams and external service providers to ensure timely, quality service and cost-effective operations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure full regulatory compliance with applicable legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act; maintain detailed documentation and proactively manage risk.
Innovation & Optimization: Leverage recent tools, technologies, and practices to improve property performance and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with leadership, provide reporting, and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Who you are: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management, with proven leadership in a multi-site environment.
Certificate or degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; CPM, IHM, or similar designations are an asset.
Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and municipal legislation.
Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated leadership, people management, and vendor coordination skills.
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and conflict resolution abilities.
Highly adaptable, organized, and resourceful, with a commitment to continuous improvement. A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
