Title: Portfolio Manager / Program Manager Location: Ottawa, Canada(Hybrid) Type: Contract Day to Day Job Duties: Lead strategic ERP transformation programs with focus on SAP and enterprise finance platforms.

Manage multi-year business transformation roadmaps spanning Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Establish governance, budget control, portfolio prioritization, and execution oversight.

Coordinate global deployment activities across business units and regions.

Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal delivery teams.

Drive executive steering committee updates and business advantage tracking.

Ensure successful change management and organizational adoption.

Basic Qualifications:



12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation programs. 8+ years managing SAP/ERP implementations or modernization initiatives.

Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or related finance platforms.

Experience leading programs exceeding $10M in budget.

Expertise in financial governance, PMO, and business transformation management.

Excellent stakeholder management at VP and C-level.

Nice to Have: SAP certifications.

Experience in merger integration, carve-outs, and global ERP harmonization programs.

PgMP, PMP, Secure certifications.
