OpportunityZurich Canada is seeking a Multinational Services Manager to lead all servicing and operational activities for the Middle Market & Specialties Multinational Business Unit. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders worldwide to ensure high‑quality service delivery and a best‑in‑class customer experience. The position is part of a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in‑person presence.ResponsibilitiesEnsure attainment of service goals, including production timeliness and quality standards across all supported areas.Lead a team of Multinational Service Specialists responsible for business servicing and compliance.Manage performance metrics, operational budgets, and respond to changing requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Build and maintain strong broker relationships and serve as the key operational contact for Multinational servicing.Deliver external broker trainings and presentations to promote understanding of Zurich’s Multinational capabilities.Ensure compliance with all organizational standards and guidelines.Oversee staffing, recruiting, performance management, coaching,



and development of the team.Plan and execute strategic vision for the unit.Develop and sustain positive Business Unit relationships, troubleshoot problem areas, and resolve issues.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in underwriting.OR: High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of experience in underwriting.Ability to travel for business.Valid driver’s license.Preferred: Experience in a multinational insurance setting.CompensationPay range: CAD 81,000 – 131,000, reflecting the expected level for this role across Canada.
