Job Description What is the opportunity? You will advance the AI capabilities of Operational Risk by supporting risk subject matter experts in the identification and documentation of AI use cases and their requirements. Through leveraging partnerships with AI and technology development teams, you will also support the delivery of AI use cases. This role requires a combination of business and technical skills to ensure Operational Risk AI needs are effectively being met. What will you do? Partner with Operational Risk Subject Matter Experts to understand their AI needs and ensure requirements are being met Assist in the documentation of AI use cases throughout the AI development lifecycle including intake, scoping, and detailed requirements Experiment with readily available Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop expertise used to support the business in identifying AI opportunities and best practices Actively support AI adoption as a change champion within the business What do you need to succeed?
