As a Safety Manager at Erosion Control Central Ltd. (ECC), you will oversee safety management in our rapidly growing Calgary operations. This full time role will include collaborating with various teams, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing proactive risk management strategies. You will play a key role in providing necessary training and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement comprehensive safety programs
• Conduct regular safety training and team-building activities




• Inspect job sites for compliance and risk management
• Maintain high standards of safety in all operations

Requirements:
• Background in civil construction and heavy equipment
• NCSO certification or equivalent experience
