You are a self-starting sales professional, motivated by developing relationships and opening new doors.Build a segment penetration plan,
proactively identifying targets and contacts to engage to secure new business opportunities within the enterprise, agency, or association sectors.Act as a strategic consultant, deep-diving into client objectives to help design technical solutions that align with their vision.Maintain a disciplined sales process within our CRM (HubSpot), providing accurate forecasting and market insights to the leadership team.Lead the sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery to technical proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure of the first project.Work closely with Account Management and Production Management teams to ensure effective execution of initial projects.Attend client site visits and technical walkthroughs alongside our production teams to scope event requirements and build trust with key stakeholders.Be present at major events to strengthen client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure the delivered experience matches what was sold.Represent the Stagevision brand with integrity,
providing clients with the clarity and visibility they need to trust us with their high-stakes events.What Success Looks LikeConsistently meeting or exceeding annual new-business revenue targets by landing high-value enterprise and agency accounts.Partnering effectively with our production management and operations teams to ensure the client’s vision is the reality delivered.Clients come back. Your ability to set accurate expectations and work closely with production teams results in repeat business and long-term partnerships.Establishing Stagevision as the first choice for meeting and event production across Canada.Your Experience and Skills3+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales. Experience within Audio-Visual Production, Event Technology, or high-end Corporate Hospitality considered an asset.A proven history of "opening doors" and winning new business in a competitive, high-stakes landscape.Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to lead discussions at the C‑Suite level.Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite.Conceptual understanding of AV solutions (Visual, Audio, and Staging) and the ability to translate technical specs into business value considered an asset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Willingness to travel regularly to client sites, venues, and events across Canada.What We OfferCompetitive base salary ($80,000 - $120,000) plus a performance-based commission structure.The opportunity to sell the premier Canadian-owned and operated event production services.A work environment that values fresh thinking and provides the tools to execute bold ideas.A path for growth within a rapidly expanding industry leader.#J-18808-Ljbffr
