Key Responsibilities:
• Measure and analyze floor plans for estimations
• Perform accurate take-offs using MeasureSquare software
• Upload and manage project-related documents efficiently




• Communicate product details and changes with teams
• Train less experienced team members on estimating best practices

Requirements:
• Strong expertise in computerized estimating systems
• Ability to interpret blueprint drawings accurately
• Diploma or education in construction or design
• Prior experience in cost estimating is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills
