Key Responsibilities:
• Lead client communications for complex projects
• Write proposals and conduct field geotechnical analyses
• Manage budgets and project scopes collaboratively




• Supervise and mentor junior and intermediate staff
• Ensure technical excellence across project delivery

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 12+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Familiarity with geotechnical software like Seep/W and Slide
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Must be a Registered Skilled Engineer in Ontario
